We support LGBT+ professionals through live and virtual events, and by celebrating the visibility of LGBT+ industry leaders, facilitating professional opportunities, and offering relevant content and survey tools to measure the community's challenges and successes.

Promoting Equality through Public Policy
Over the last 10 years, LGBTech has been campaigning for transformative change for LGBT+ employees in the workplace through public policy. We base our campaigns on data gathered through our annual surveys of the community.
In 2018, 400 employers joined the LGBT+ community for an international day of protest against governmental acts. We are proud to have been able to inspire employers to participate and to have been a part of this historic event.
