Jonathan Elkhoury is an Israeli- Lebanese, LGBTQ+ rights activist, public diplomacy adviser and commentator on Israeli affairs and the Arab world.
He was born in Lebanon to a family affiliated with the South Lebanese Army, supported by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). In the year 2001, when he was 9 years old, he moved as a refugee to Israel with his family following his father that fled to Israel during the IDF’s withdrawal from south Lebanon in May 2000.
Elkhoury presents a window into the intricate geopolitical dynamics of the Middle East.
